Praise the Lord for a great start of the day. The brothers got together around 7 a.m. to beat the heat. We were blessed to have Len and Jay with us to continue clearing the land. Today was another good day. The brothers showed up despite the threat of rain. We had a wonderful time in prayer and investment of sweat equity into the park project. We had another great day clearing the land. It was a mild 48-50 degrees, and we had a lot of fun. Even on a very cold day (33-40 Degrees), the faithful men at Blanchard's Grove showed up to continue the land clearing effort. Once the small trees are cut down, the tractor will have access to finish the job. What a day! We continued the clearing of the land today post surveyor visit. We have the property boundaries set now, so we are able to make great strides clearing the land in preparation for the roadway. John Bassett and Frankie Brown was on site to discuss the way ahead for the roadway. We had a great day clearing the land for continued survey work. Today we were able to complete cutting of all small under brush. It is an exciting time for all of us. We have goals ahead with regard to property grading and preparation for building structures and road way. |
