In Joshua 23, As Joshua prepares to transition, He calls Israel and its leaders together to remind them of what the Lord had done and will do if he is obeyed. Additional scriptures: Genesis 4:5-7 and II Corinthians 6:17.
Look for the way Out!
In every Temptation, Trial, and Test, there is a way to overcome and come out, but you must be looking for the exit. Scriptures: I Corinthians 10:13, Psalm 91, and Exodus 13-14. Our primary responsibility to God is to harken to His command to live before Him and to invite others to do the same. Matthew 3:7, 23:15, 28:18-20, and Acts 26:16-18
We all must guard against giving traditions equal weight with the scriptures. Mark 7:1-13 and Matthew 15:6.
Beloved, we must ALWAYS consider the impact of what we say and do, because the ministry of the Lord Jesus could be blamed.
