Apostle Lewis Fisher, Jr continued with God’s Call Part lll. Apostle began talking about God’s Call. He picked up with where Moses has now turned aside to see the burning bush. Moses noticed something different about the bush. It wasn’t consumed. God had finally gotten Moses attention after 40 years. As Moses got closer to the burning bush God told Moses to take off his shoes because he was on holy ground. When we answer the call of God, we must take our shoes off. We must give up our way of thinking and our way of acting. Once you draw close to God, he has something to say. God would not call you by name unless he has something for you to do. He has called us for purpose. Once God starts talking to you, he will reveal it.
1. God reveals the purpose for the call, and what he will do.
2. God will outline what he wants you to do.
3. God had to contend with Moses feeling inadequate.
There are people in our circle whose cry has come up to God. God needs somebody to agree with what he is going to do. God will not share his glory with anyone. We are only the vessel that God uses to carry out his divine purpose.
